I have been trying for approximately a year now to sell my house, but owing to the market still being rather bad, it does not look like that is planning to happen. So I am considering pulling the home out of the listings, making some improvements, and giving it another go a couple years in the future. I was hoping to move into a smaller location having a lower mortgage and property tax burden, but I guess I will survive like this for a minimum of a little while longer.
